RETURNS POLICY
Not satisfied with your purchases?
BY.DYLN will happily provide you with an exchange, store credit of 110% providing all our conditions are met.
All full priced items must be post stamped within 14 days of receiving your order and any items received thereafter may be denied.
Items must be returned in their original unworn condition with all tags attached. Once returns are received they will inspected before an exchange, store credit or refund is issued.
Please note, any items that have been used for photoshoots or any other marketing campaigns are classified as 'worn' items and will not be accepted as a return.
We reserve the right to deny any returns that are marked with make-up, smell of perfume and/or washing powder.
In the event that a return is deemed unsuitable, the customer will be notified via email and the item will be returned to sender.
In the unlikely event that the product received is deemed faulty, the item will be sent to the manufacture for assessment before a refund can be issued- this can take up to 7 days.
Please note that all sale items are final and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
RETURNING AN ITEM
The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received will not be issued with a credit or refund.
Please note if an exchange is desired, you must email our customer care team with your request.
A returns form is provided with each order containing instructions that must be followed.
